I don't mind answering as many questions I can. Please feel free to ask me.Am very open to any question.
She went for her interview on the 10th of february 2010.I have travelled to nigeria 3times.One in 2006,two in 2008 when we did our court and traditional wedding. We were hoping to do our church wedding in 2009 when the US when she comes over, third was in April 2010 for our church wedding since they did not give visa.
We met in nigeria through my friend and since then we've been friends for over 2years before we got married.
However,USCIS got the application back on the 5th of apriland told me to give them at least 120days for their review, that they will write me as soon as they are finish.
Pls feel free to ask me any other question.

I have an album of our court and traditional marriage ceremony. She also had western union money transfers, our joint account statement which we have been operating for about 9months,phone records of our communication for about 3years.I don't really know what else the CO wants from us.
At my congressman's office is only making calls and giving me conflicting responses. At the moment, the case is with uscis. They told me that they are in their review process. They said that they will communicate me in at least 120days from the date they received the I-130 from the nigeria embassy.
I don't really know what else to do nor expect.

Below was all I know that happened during my wife's interview at the local embasy:
1.The CO is a white lady. She don't know where she comes from but looks like the description you have.
2.She was asked how we met and she told her.She was asked when I came back, what happened, she ws asked when last we communicated, she was asked how sure was she that I love her,she was also asked what we dissussed in our last phone conversation. However, she gave a perfect answer to all these questions. All the CO did was to give her back her documents and type the useless letter that"the application be sent back to uscis to be reviewed for possible revocation. The reason being that the relationship between the petitioner and the applican is for immigrant purposes only.
Pls does anybody have an idea how to handle this. Can I re-file right away and forget about the old one due to the delay. What do I do?

Take a deep breath
What was the reason ?
Have her write everything that happened down word for word action for action
Which of the CO's did she have ? Was it the Asian lady ?
