this depends on 'voice' and 'point of view'.
If you are the USC, this doesn't apply to you.
If you are the petitioner, this doesn't apply to you.
IF you are the beneficiary, the foreign spouse, this applies to you.
IMO, would be 'Removal' - but ask around get some other opinions, ya ?

Hello,
I'm filling up the I-130 form and I'm stuck with the immigration proceedings question #16.
When I was 14 (this was in 1998)I followed my mother to try to enter the U.S. and we got caught crossing the border ilegally. We were only in the U.S. for a couple of hours and we got fingerprinted and pictures taken. I was underage at the time so I hope it doesn't affect me much.
Does this mean that I should answer "Yes" on this question? and if so, which would be the option I should pick? Removal, Exclusion/deportation, Rescission or Judicial Proceedings?
