    AOS approved & production of GC ordered as of yesterday!

    EAD and AP combo card received a few days ago, and succesful SSN name change followed. Now to wait for the SSN card to arrive in the mail so I can renew my license.

    received an email notice saying my EAD and AP have been approved! awesome news right on the holidays. happy thanksgiving to everyone!

      hmmm did he get shots during his medical in Juarez? unless he did, i wouldnt worry about receiving the package or not. focus on the vaccine records he already has from mexico and completing the rest of the vaccine requirements so he can go to a civil surgeon and get the vaccines transcribed to the i-693 form. thats all you need for the AOS.

      i havent received anything. from what i knew, they keep the sealed package you turn in at the POE. in any case, you shouldn't need anything in there to apply for the AOS, right?

    went to pick up the visa at dhl yesterday. we're flying together to atlanta on tuesday.

    medical was a breeze, done in less than an hour, and so was the asc. interview tomorrow, so anxious to get this done and over with!

    just faxed the consulate a letter asking to please be sent another invitation letter because it's been over 6 weeks since they sent and nothing.

      yeah the letter asked to have the letter sent to the US address. yesterday i called the call center and asked for a supervisor and she put in a report which will force the consulate to recheck the dates they're giving me and to see how the fix the letter situation
