      i havent received anything. from what i knew, they keep the sealed package you turn in at the POE. in any case, you shouldn't need anything in there to apply for the AOS, right?

      I thought I was supposed to be waiting for the medical papers to arrive so we can go and get him the rest of his shots done and the doctor could fill out the rest of the form. The border patrol guy said told him the papers would arrive at my house, but nothing has come so he didn't know what he was talking about I guess.

      hmmm did he get shots during his medical in Juarez? unless he did, i wouldnt worry about receiving the package or not. focus on the vaccine records he already has from mexico and completing the rest of the vaccine requirements so he can go to a civil surgeon and get the vaccines transcribed to the i-693 form. thats all you need for the AOS.
