    Just got the PP and the sealed envelope.. but the envelope has its corner cut and stapled.. (so that its contents can be identified as docs?).. Is this alright?!!

      Might be worthwhile to write to Chennai and ask if this is OK. They have canned documents that they reply for different things. When I asked about the district PC I got an e-mail back with a write-up of what is necessary. You can then carry that document with you. But I generally think its because they are checking the contents... maybe its a security thing?
