NOA2 received early or mid last month, what's the next thing to do? need help pls. thanks!

  i have allergic asthma and when i have an attack i cough a lot. and i have it right now. i have to wait til it's over and i'm fit again, then i'll have my medical. hopefully i can do it before this week ends.

  call nvcfor your mnl case number. then proceed to nearest bpi and pay visa fee (bring your orig passport, photocopy of bio page and $350). next is either you schedule for interview at least 4 hours later or you start thinking about slmec medical. i paid already but haven't scheduled yet. i'll do medical first, then i'll worry about interview. good luck!
