    sis, i guess they do have your petition already..we almost have the same timeline with Kate(JMF)...anyways, tell your fiance to sound strict when he call(sorry to say this, but it really helped alot..hehe)..tell him not to ask whether they receive your petition or not...inquire directly that you want to schedule for interview(tell them you receive the letter from the embassy,if they ask).Bless you
