  1. I just got back from Romania after a 6 month of stay there (immigration issue). My first impulse was to reply to you: go to a doctor to have your head checked.

Seriously, go first for a visit, and if you like it stay there.

Some people do, we do not.

And while there, please adopt one of the millions stray dogs roaming the streets and creating havoc and panic.

Also talk with Romanian drivers to abstain from killing people on the cross walk every day, you can try to persuade the purse snachers to abstain from that activity, talk to rulling elite to abstain from stealing and taking fat comissions and bribes.

Talk to hospital managers to pay better doctors so they do not go abroad and also to bring equipment and medicines.

I am sure you can do a lot to improve your beloved country of Absurdia, meaning Romanica.

    GOOD LUCK

  2. My husband and I are applying for DCF in Bucharest, Romania. I finished school this year and have never made enough money to file for taxes. I do have a job waiting for me in which I will be making over the 125% poverty limit. Is that enough to be the sole sponsor for i-864? I do not have anyone that would be able to co-sponsor.

Also, in the i-864 and i-864ez instructions (on the actual form)it states "If you were not required to file a Federal income tax return under U.S. tax law for any other reason, attach a written explanation including evidence of the exemption and how you are subject to it." Does anyone have an example of such a letter or know how to write one? How do I prove that I was exempt? (I do have W2 forms that show that I made less than the amount necessary in order to file, and I am also listed as a dependent on my parent's tax returns..is that what I need to use to show that I was exempt?)

    Sorry for all the questions!

    Please help!

i believe you need an income or sponsor . i advice call a lawyer many answer questions for free on the phone

  3. HOPE WE GET ANSWERS FROM OUR ROMANIAN FRIENDS. WE GOT MARRIED IN US AND HUSBAND PETITION WAS APPROVED. NVC IS ASKING OUR LAWYER A COPY OF PASSPORT BEARING THE NEW NAME MARRIED. OUR MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE IN TEXAS DOES NOT MENTION ANY NAME CHANGE. WE ANTICIPATE A LOT OF PROBLEMS IN ROMANIA TRYING TO OBTAIN A NEW PASSPORT. ANY EXPERIENCE OF VISA JOURNEY MEMBERS ?

  4. juliava, the passport it's not the problem. A married citizen has to register the marriage in his/her country too! I can't be married in the US and not married in Romania! Plus I really like my new name

In which state did you get married? Some states give the original certificate(NY,CT,MA)

    hallo

try the court they may advice you. I had huge headache to register my divorce from US TO BE RECOGNIZED IN rOMANIA. as far as your mariage certificate if it is issued by the same place it should be valid. where are you with NOA 2 ? we had a touch a couple a days ago but nothing so far.

  5. Thanx, I really appreciate ur help...of course I dont intend to immigrate under my tourist visa, but as I said we dont know yet if we want to get married or not, and to do the whole fiance visa thing is kinda like forcing things, but that AOS thing can be dangerous and complicated not sure if I wanna do it. Probably the best is the CR1 visa, what do u think?

da esti fata desteapta CR 1 e the best....umbla des pe visa journey si vei afla multe pe site

  6. No, I'm not in the US right now... live in London..but we plan for me to go there probably next year...or maybe this one, not sure yet..

toto i ti dau sfaturi bune nu fa adjustment of status ca e periculos sa faca el cerere de I 130 SI TU SA AI INTERVIEW IN ROMANIA SAU SA FACA DE FIANCEE SI INTERVIEW TOT IN ROMANIA DUREAZA MAI PUTIN FIANCEE CAM 6 LUNI CU TOTUL AIALTA CAM 9 LUNI MINIMUM AVANTAJ E CA CU cr 1 IEI GREEN CARD AUTOMAT IMEDIAT SUCCESSS

  7. Hi everyone,

So i am buying a one way ticket to US these days and i can't wait to be with my hubby again :D .

I have a couple of questions about things that i probably need to take care of before i leave:

In my country, i am an authorized translator/interpret for English and Spanish, i have an authorized license obtained from The Minister of Justice here and i also have a personal stamp. This license is in Romanian of course, so i would like to know if i need to have this specific document translated and legalized (by another translator since i am not allowed to translate my own official documents), so i can use it in the future in US, should the opportunity arise.

Another question i have is about my driver license,i have an European one( not international), i will be living in Florida and i wonder what are the State laws regarding ability to drive in US.

    Thank you.

in texas you need to start all over again with the driving license

cum a fost interview la ambasada ? usor ?
