  1. hi guys need some help.

My family member entered the USA illegally but after a few years he decided to leave on his own.. no deportation.. he has no criminal background, he was arrested once but only finger printed.. He was let go the next day he did not see a judge.. This has all taken place over 23 years ago.. When he entered by yola (boat) threw Puerto Rico then from PR to NYC.. When he left he traveled with someone else documents. Am talking about 23 years ago very long time..

my question is since he entered illegally and left is he able to enter the USA with fiance visa after 23 years? Will his finger prints show up when he was arrested.. His girlfriend wants to petition for him but we are afriad that it will be denied since he did enter illegally but in there no record threw immigration that he entered.

can someone help advise thank you

  2. Hey Visa Journey Members,

We are currently filing for I-751 form removing the conditions. We moved from where I first started the K-1 process. My question is do we need to change our address or should we just file the I 751 form with the new address or keep using the old address?

When i first started this process with the K-1 visa we were living in my mother home but since he arrived we have moved to a new address. my mother is still at our old address so we can still use this address if necessary

    What should I do?

    thanks in advance guys!

  3. My husband entered on a K-1 visa when we applied for the visa his baby mother acted all childish and did not want me to include the child.. now she wants us to take custody of the child.. I want to know if when we renew my husband green card can we included the child? his underage and the mother has given up the rights to the child. can someone help'

  4. Even if you are able to get by with this for the K-1 interview using the I-134, you will not be able to when it comes time to file for adjustment of status and you have to supply the USCIS with an I-864. You must list the last 3 years of taxes on the form and send in the most recent year's transcript. If you did not file taxes, you must send them a statement as to why you were not legally required to file taxes. You cannot do either of those things at the moment. You need to file back taxes.

Hi thanks for the reply but am questioning about K-1 visa not AOS.. am not that far along yet. thanks for trying to help but u left me exactly where i was before wondering what documentation to take to show proof of income

Make sure you get a copy of the co-sponsors birth certificate or bio page of passport to show he is a USC or LPR. If you get the tax transcripts you will not need to the w-2.

Thanks i will ask my uncle for his bio info.... what do you sugguest I can do to show my income? as i mentioned before i work off the books for the past 2 years

  6. No, it is not just you! I was going insane and so was my fiancee. Even knowing I had a week before reaching the 6 months mark, after 5, I was starting to unravel. I lost all motivation to do any of my daily obligations. Hang in there! I know you probably feel that it is so close you could taste it at this point, and it more than likely is!

I received the NOA2 letter today.

    NOA2 text: 10/10/12

    NOA2 letter: 10/15/12

They didn't waste any time getting it in the mail, and USPS was obviously on top of their game as well. Very fast to my surprise!

Whats this igor list? Whats my expected date according to this list? April 17 noa1 date??
