    Is Packet 4 the instruction you get from NVC with the interview date/time..If Yes I got those by e-mail...my wife is planning to go for medical sometime this week...are you planning to go to India??

      u need to have an account at uscis.gov so u can just check ur status online, and u need to have ur NOA1 receipt number to check it
