They say they don't have a 'full medical' on file. So i went and got the TB test, syphillis test, and a flu shot. I have an appointment with an approved physician on Monday to fill in the paperwork. So frustrating!

Mine showed up in the mail today! Yay! It was odd, the USCIS website kept showing that my reference number wasn't found, and then *BAM* it shows processed and approved. Hopefully his isn't too far behin!

Any news on your EAD? Looks like we have the same timeline - my AOS/EAD applications were received December 23rd. I checked online and it looks like just yesterday my EAD was sent YAY! Now to start the job-hunting..

You can call the US Consulate in Halifax (902.982.2191) and they can check to see if/when it has been shipped.

Yay! You have an interview date!! We used DHL - it was there in a week; although the USCIS site NEVER showed that it had been sent. I kept calling and once I found out it had been sent, I got the reference number and called the DHL office.

I think it's been approximately a month after the biometrics for most people, so that would be mid-February. But, like everything else, i'm not holding my breath. Mine seems to take forever at EVERY stage.

Things are pretty good here. Sent paperwork (and another $1070!) for AOS and EAD in mid-December. Had biometrics last week; now just waiting for EAD to be processed so I can work. I'm a little bored!

reading from a manual. I"m not too worried; my visa never EVER showed up on their site to see if it was ready to be picked up, even after I had gotten it!

hmm... i'm not 'logging in' anywhere. I'm going to the uscis.gov site and filling in my reference number, and clicking on 'check status'. I tried calling the number but the lady wasn't very helpful. She said the same thing 'that case number can't be found'; and then went rambled on about processing times with what sounded like a speech she was reading fr...

Did you have any issues checking your case status on the uscis.gov site? I got texts saying they received them in December, got the notification by mail, had the biometrics appointment, and their website still says "case number can not be found at this time".

Anyone else having issues with the USCIS.gov site when trying to check your case status? Mine says "case number not found". Got a text saying they rec'd my AOSand EAP apps in December, and had biometrics last week. Any reason they don't show up here?

How long did it take to receive you EAD after your biometrics appointment? My biometrics are tomorrow! I'm going a litle stir-crazy not working. =)

Setting up went well; got everything unpacked the first day Tony was back at work. He only had to work 2 days and then was off for Thanksgiving. Got to spend 4 more days together. He's back at work again, then we're off on Friday to head to Savannah to get married! Wahoo!!!
