Because the personnel at the embassy told me that if ever someone on your behalf would submit for your documents you should give an authorization letter. Did you pay to the courier (Air 21) in advance?

Hi Lotie, I'm encountering the same problem with bmagno23 right now. I'm still waiting for my fiancee's paystubs for the past 6 months and bank statements to be sent here. My question is would it be fine if I am not the one who will submit the papers to the embassy? because i already left manila yesterday. Is it necessary if i should be the one who will pass the document personally?
