There is no second interview. The requested document(s) are submitted. Depending on what the CO wanted to see the answer may be immediate or could take a few days or weeks.
You right, the interview already done, they give her a blue slip requested documents and be at the consulate on September 22.
I haven't see what the blue slip say, my wife don't read English someone read and explain it to her and that what she told me.

Hi everyone,
My wife just have her interview yesterday 8/25/2011, they give her blue slip to provide more information
about my where i live, work in the pass 10 years 2001-2011.
This is 2nd time i do paper work again, 1st time i did paper work fiancee I-129F through an agency and the interview fail.
Year later i do paper work again, this time i did paper work myself at I-130 we do have marriage certificate.
the 2nd appointment is September 22, to turn in the information they need.
My question to you all is should i be there with my wife to provide information that they need or should i just give
the paper work to my wife and she can give it to them?
I currently in US, is gone to take me a week to be there and back, i only need 1 day at the embassy.
Thank
Thanh

Thank you for all the information, at least i can get an idea of what i am up again.
I have once file a I-129F and the interview fail, they close the case now she is my wife.
As right now i do have Vietnamese marriage certificate and i want to start over again
bring her over as my wife.
As before i hire a agency that doing the immigration paper work, and i provide all the information for
them and they also help my wife do all the paper work and tell her where to go what to do.
The big question for me right now is should i or should i not get a lawyer, what benefit do i get with a lawyers?
What the down side doing the paper work by myself? I know fill out I-130 is not work and i have look at it.
Thanks

I want a schedule a telephone consultation with him but i don't know how much is cost.
I am in tight of money, and i just get a job starting Monday.
I want to get an idea of what i need to spend to start this paper again.

Have anyone in here use VisaPro SERVICE? are they reliable? or they just want your money and didn't do the job?
I have problem going to an agency one to do my I-129F and fail and waste a lot of money on paper work.
I want to do I-130 and this time i need a lawyer.
Thanks

just be careful how she answer the questions, they ask my wife the question of my job and education like where i study and the name of the school which i never though they going to ask.
so they end up fail her , denim her visa. Now i have to start all over again i need to do K-3, before i did I-129F.
