      after biometric ate mag hintay ka ng 2 weeks then you received EAD after that you received also your noa2 for intreview schedule yun after that 2 weeks GC.

    after ba na mareceive ko ang noa1 ko for aos antay na lang ako ng biometric appointment or kailangan kong maghulog pa ng kung ano ano last week ko kasi nareceived ang noa1 namin,ano sunod kong gagawin .mag anaty at wala na kong huhulog pang docs ? wala pa naman akong rfe..kasi baka mamaya after i received noa1 bk need tawag sa kanila or send some docs na need nila...mg nty na lng ba ako ng another mail for my appointment?

      okay lang yun ate wait ka nalang sa biometric hindi lahat 1 week ma received ang letter ang iba naman 3weeks kasidepende sa state , Don't worries we pray for you . We miss you too ate , mwah!:)

      Helo ate tina , ate hintay ka nalang hangang may ma received kang RFE o biometric letter hindi muna kailangan ma hulog ng ibang documents kailangan mag hintay ka anong resulta pag wala kan RFE MAY BIOMETRIC LETTER KANG MA RECEIVED. then after that wait again for the next letter for your interview. Yun kailangan ka mag prepard kung anong document ang kailangan mong dalhin na doon lahat sa letter .

    Green card received!!!!!!!!!!!!! Less than a year since I put in the original 129f petition, now Flor is a legal US resident!!! Thank to God for his hand in this process. Just a couple of years and she'll be done with immigration forever!!

    bakit ang inapply kong ssn noon ay last name ko pa rin di last name ng husband ko,,,ayaw payag ng oakland ng last name ng husband ko kung wala pa kaming permanent residency,,peroo marrieed na ako ng nag apply ako noon kaya ang gamit ko ay bucsit instead evans..it means ba na yon ang lalabas sa green card ko?

      Hi ate tina babalik ka doon sa SSN office sabihin mo may error at magdala ka ng married certificate ipakita mo sa kanila , at pagkatapos tatanungin ka nila anong pangalan ang gusto mo & bring also your passport hahanapin nila din yun .

    until now wala pa rin ang return mail namin at wala pa ding confirmation kaming narereceive sa kahit saan..ewan ko kung anong mangyayari sa mga docs ko..ayaw naman ng USCIS ng reapply naming muli ...ang hirap ng sitwayon ko..

      HI ATE tina wag kang mag alala kasi alam namin ma return sayo yung lahat na documents mo nabasa ko yun sa one of the link in uscis yun nag forward si john sayo ng link , so okay relax ka lang ma return sayo or ma forward yun with in 6months .

      Just have to wait longer, ate. I know it's hard, but it is all you can do, until 6 months. There are some others on here that sent to the wrong address, and they eventually got approved. I know it's hard, but you will be approved in a while, Iam sure.

    sna naman matanggap ko na ang return mail namin na nawrong sent namin,at sana maayos na ang lahat ,,kasi gusto ko nang mag aral di ako makapag aral,,nasisira ang plano ko,,need kasi nila ng permanent res...paano kaya ito??

      I don't understand how your packet can just dissappear. I would have thought the Service Center would return or forward your documents. I hope that your have a reciept from the Civil Surgeon and they can re-certify your medical. So sorry for you, ate. I wish you the best.

    Wala pa ang mga docs namin na nawrong send namin sa ibang lugar... di ko na alam kung paanio na isang bwan at 2 linggo na wala pa rin...napakahirap pala ng masend mo sa di naman dapat don...napakahirap..sabi ng uscis start all over again after ng 5 days starting today na di pa namin natatanggap..sana matanggap na namin until tommorow...kasi 1 month na at 2 weeks..hhaayyy Lord please help me again for this...

    Interview Date for AOS recieved. Just less than 2 months from when we mailed the petition. We'll interview next month. Seems we got it quickly.
