So we are on the edge of breaking or making it. We have an NOA 2 we havent touched yet and I havent done nothing to my Packet 3.

Is it Possible to Visit with Noa 2 ?? Max of a WEEK

We need to cancel our K-1 Visa. Our Noa 2 arrived last week, i havent gotten package 3 yet.

it is a good sign you get an RFE cuz after that ! You will get approved Hang in there

No one will be able to tell you on the phone what the RFE is for. Just wait for the letter.

Calling DOS today for new Case NR

I emailed headquarters and same day I got approved. Weird.

Monyfer, I will not forget you and keep praying, but for now I have to join the happy NOA 2 club.

Hopefully dont have to join no other clubs in the next months, unless it is the " I got my visa in hand club"

I am finally in the other boat of NOA 2, but I tell you that you are not forgotten mjaye and all those who are still waiting.

It was funny story how it happened !! I swear to god !!

My friend got approved and she gave me her reciept nr cuz i wanted to check how many is in between. So i gave her mine.

SO she goes, are you sure thats your Reciept nr ?? Cuz that says You been approved.

I didnt get to read that EMAIL, but i checked and woke up ma whole family hysterically crying cuz of joy and happiness !!!!!!!!!

Noa 2 omg i kept refreshing the homepage all day and now it happened

the hotline is useless - the have a list of standard answers. the people there on the phone do not have an idea about what they are actually doing - means: they don't have anything to do with your case. the 30days are a standard answer. you can relax. try to contact your congressman, he will be able to talk to a tier2 directly and get some more serious information on your case!

Thats for The Service People, the actual Immigration Officers do know what they doin,

Contacted VSC again today and all off the sudden we not allowed til May 4th to inquire about anything again,..

The Congressman Office made me cry, by asking me if i understand the english language or if i am able to hear her, cuz she repeated for everything i said just : I said 4 to 6 weeks.

Gosh I hate that woman.

I am really sad at this point already and scared,..i finally have a social circle of friends for the last 4 months now that has been growing and i got lots of job offers. So before nothing of this happened, and now I leave.

I had my medical today all good. Just my case nr missing haha cuz of missing NOA 2.

Sorry you got "the letter" but that is their standard response. What they are really saying is that it takes a maximum of 6 months to get through the USCIS IF you catch them and call them on it. A letter to your Congressman at this point would not hurt.

I received that same response last month.

I contacted a congressman on the 17th and now have an RFE for a document they have already but we sent it again any way.

I think the RFE was to give them another 60 day window to operate in.

I wondered where you have been !!! What exactly was your RFE for ??

as we have been in touch as September Filers I am devastated to hear about this. This must be the worst thing, after having banged your head into a wall for 6 months waiting for NOA 2 and now you crashed into that wall. I am truly sorry and understand what cruel creatures woman can be. Shame on behalf my gender.

I bet there is no right words right now for the grief,frustration and anger you feel,

just that I am deeply sorry since this is more than just paperwork.You were ready to love and marry someone. Thats the more hurtful part.

I feel your pain. I've contacted both my congresswoman and senator Schumer's office numerous times and neither were of any help at all. The senator's office told me that it takes a month after receiving a complaint to make a call and even then it will take another month for the USCIS to respond. After less than politely calling the woman on her lie and saying I have read numerous accounts of people getting approvals the very next day after calling she asked for my phone number and that was the end of our chat. I've probably been blacklisted or something.
