Congrats!! hey I got my Interview for March 8th in Juarez and I was wondering is it true that you have to wait in Juarez for the package after it gets approved at the Consulate?! or you can ask to DHL it to a different mexican address?! THank you and congrats again!

Wow NVC is killing me, first they sent us emails telling us where to mail our affodavit of support and the ds230 a month later they contact us saying they are missing that information, why?! because they wanted it electronically .. WOW

Great so the letter from NVC says that we are no longer applying for a k3 visa it is only a CR1. Hopefully February or March will be the interview date

Hey TeyaValentina apparently they are proceeding with the CR1 , we already got a case number and invoice number too .. hope this part is faster than USCIS. Regards

Great! so we got our NOA2 finally for the I-129F we got approved now, here is the question ... Does this mean that I can't go for a CR1? With my I-130 application get forgotten or am I still eligible to get a CR1 instead of a K3?! THANKS

They wanted from both .. My husband's were outdated and I am pretty sure they were not within the face measurements ... mine were ok, but they asked for both of our photos yuck at this point I think I will be with my hubbie next year this is crazy ..

Getting totally restless

Great so after not being so active here's an update on our situation, we got contact from the USCIS on October 26 and we were expecting to get our NOA2 (yeah after 6 months) but instead we got a Request for Evidence after freaking out we got on our mail what they were asking for and it was just passport photos recent ones .. They were sent yesterday I really hope they approve us soon!

We are still waiting for the NOA2, according to the timeline we should get it pretty soon, do you think I should get my police records now or wait for NOA2 or interview app?! thanks and congrats AGAIN!! :DDD
