4 weeks Fter poe no ssn in mail, I just went to local office show my passport and birth cert. In less 2 weeks I'll receive the ssn.

I'm planning to visit Philippines after I receive my green card, I just wanna know what are steps at second port of entry with GC

It's been traumatic for me my PoE with visa packet because of psyc issues on my medical but the officer of the cbp who handled me said I'm eligible bcuz it's cluster 1 issue psychologically not the mildor severe. But one cbp is arguing before the officer arrived that I'm ineligible, basically they are 3.. At first the first two cbp argue but the other cbp called their officer.. A relief when the officer and cbp let me in and Welcomed me to USA. After many minutes of fear..

So now, my question is what are the processes on second Poe? Will it be the same as the tedious one I experienced on first Poe?

I have state I'd now, ssn is comng thru mail and gc one of this days

I just have fear on poe and cbp..

The visa and passport is asked. I'm sorry but I dunno if canadians are asked with passport, my Poe is Detroit last month, I went to pennsylvania. 2 weeks after I went to my mom in vegas.. They just checked my passport at Pittsburgh airport and let me pass the security on departure area and even at counter at delta.

No worries, passport, with visa is already okay..

he can bring his kid with him, allowed is derivative til 21 yrs of age...

u may use the a # in immigrant data details xeroxed on visa packet if u have copy. Anyways if it's aos yeah it's the alien no.

send her back, she's not worth it.. Then remove ur affidavit of support, go to uscis and report it. Divorce her asap so she Cant wander around , be careful, when she goes out from ur house u dnt know she will do TNT or illegal alien, bfore it happens send her back on one way ticket.

I'm here now in vegas, for just a month, I'm waiting for my green card, my question is can I go back to phils To marry my future husband once i received my green card?

due to my visa category 'f2b' unmarried we decided to wait for visa to b approved bfore getting married..

I hope those people who'd gone this same situation can help me figure things.

I dunno if I need to stay 6months here in USA before going home or they don't have requirement for residency for LPR going home to get married..

it takes 3-4 weeks before USCIS approved the opt out...

i dunno the process if theres interview already but heres the process for no interview yet

opt out letter to us embassy

aftter 2-3 weeks they will send checklist that includes cenomar, naturalization cert, lettter with case no. or notice of action.

after you send those..give them 3-4 weeks...

basically you may send the docs right ahead to lessen the waiting..

and its a month for them to apporved but dependd if they will ask those documents i stated above...
