Right now i am living with my parents, my parents and my wife together we do around 75,000 yearly. My wife just got citizenship few months ago, and her parents live in canada right now( 3years working vissa in canada ) . So if i tell my cousin to apply her parents in law right now, and later next year in janurary i can still go ahead and apply for my parents in law ? I also have bro-in-law in dubai, i am trying to apply for his vissa visit as well next year. it should not be any problems right?

Thanks to both who are trying to help me out here, i tried calling nvc and uicis but both put me on hold for more then 1hour.

Right now we are 3 members( myself,wife and son ).

My wife does part time and full time student. We both bring at least $45,000 yearly. We really want to apply for my parents-in-law next year. Just worried if i help my cousin parents it will effect when we apply for my parents-in-law ? Do we need to wait before my cousin parents-in-law case is over? while the first case going on and i can go ahead and apply for my parents-in-law? Someone told me, if first case is over i have to wait 120days to apply for second case?

Hello, My name is Karan and i am usa citizen. My cousin wants to apply for her parents-in-law. Both husband and wife are citizen. But there last years w2 is not much to apply for their parents in india. They are asking my help if i can be the co-sponser for them. But i also need to apply for my parents-in-law in india. I am planning to apply there's next year. If i help my cousin to be a co-sponser for her parents-in-law. Will i will have any problems next year if i apply for my parents-in-law? I have already provided them my w2 and passport copy, without my intension they can still apply for there parents-in-law? or before they use my help they will need more papers or any signed papers from me?

Please help!!! i am really worried, that they might go head and use my info to bering their parents here.

hurray finaly my wife interview is on 07/29/2010..and im going to india to stay wd her at the time of interview(can i go with her inside at the interview?

im taking my bank statments from april2010,my 3years tax reports,my company letter,my company paystubs,our phone records,emails and greetings cards and our marriage and engagement picturess and my self:P

is there anything i missing it to take it with me?

what was the experiance???people there r nice?can wife and husband can go together at the time of interview in india?

my spouseinterview on 29th july in india,i got my interview dates on 22nd may:) and case was completed in 1st week of may:)

i would say the day u guys get married ,before marriage prepared with ur package,the day u get marriage certificate submite it coz some time it takes around 6-10months or sometimes like 5months,,,,in my case took me around 7 months,,,,,best of luck

thanku so much plzs dont mind if i bother u again about interview thanku so much:) so whts blue dart like VHF thing? my wife leave in punjab she was thinking to do in punjab VHF but im thinking why dont we do same thing like u like our interview is at 940am n we do same leave early morning n pay th VHF fees n go to counsulate n then pick the vissa the next day coz i will be in delhi for 4-5days:)

my case was completed in may 2010 n they just sent me my spouse interview date 2weeks on 29th of july its like 2more months:)

u gave me great help but this looks serious i though they will just ask we questions,coz one of my frnd in delhi just asked like few question,but u gave me a great help i will forward all this to my wife in india

well some1 told me wife she can go to vhs nytime wd her interview letters n they give u receipt same time i think my wife will go in next month 1st week

omg she asked u so many questions?mayb ur husband in us citizen mayb they had doubts...coz my frnd is indian but us citizen n his wife never been to usa n she just asked him few questions n thats it..

n whts pre-screener wedding pictures? did u send pictures with your i-130 ???????????if u send pictures with i-130 did u get it back or they had it?

and do u mind telling me wht type of question do they ask u in interview time?and how long the interview goes for?was ur spouse with u tat the time at interview or u were by urself?n how did u get ur vissa n envenlop? our interview is new delhi it should be same i guess:)

yup but i am sorry i am still learning english as i stayed my whole life in middle east:) yes ur right like i did quick marriage in temple and then took pictures to court to get marriage certificate,but we never went for honeymoon coz in 3-4days i had to come back to usa,well i knew her from 10years but just as good friends but in 2008 we got closer,so on 25th im getting married to her like in temple wise not in court wise,(coz i have already showed immigration tat em already married to her) so by 28th i will get my marriage picture n take on 29th to the interview:)should i also take old pictures n put on side or should i show them together n make cover letter like quick marriage in 2008 pictures n big ceremonry in 2010 or just show them 2010 marriage pictures?

yes thats true i didnot take 7rounds before,but this time im taking 7rounds next month,but this pictures will be new,but if they have old pictures i can just say we got married quick bcoz next week i was returning to usa n didnot even go for honeymoon so now she got interview so im back to india for big ceremony n here to take her with me,,so tell me how we get vissa?my wife will get her vissa stamoed on her passport? or she gets some kind yellow envelop?can we get the passport next day with stamp?coz interview is on 29th and i booked her tickets on 11th of august like after 2weeks u think we should get the passport less then 2weeks?

like i went to india on 2008, and my return back to usa was like 6th may and i met this girl in india so it was 27th of april n she asked me to get her marry,so i decide now we dont have time so wht we do is we will just get married in court n get pappers n when i get my us citizen in 2009 i will submit our marriage certificate,so to obtain marriage certificate they ask us our marriage pictures, so we decide lets go to sikh temple n take picture but not real marriage just showing tat we r getting marriage but we wasnt,so when i came back applied n submitted i sent our pictures with i-130 n later on i found out i lost the copies of it,so next month im getting married on 25th n 29th is interview but on 25th we r taking marriage pictures,im just worried wht if i take new pictures n the person already have old marriag pictures,,, u think the person will have old pictures?

is weird situation for India?

Most Guangzhou(China) filers get their photos back (non-electronic filers) on interview day.

The photos are supposed to travel from USCIS to NVC to India, are kept with the casefile, and

SUPPOSEDLY you can ask for them back, on interview day. But, you have to ask.

thankyou guys.well i was just worried coz the pictures i sent i got no negatives or copies but do they sent it to NVC so i ask them back when i ask for all my certificates?or they just dont give them pictures except all the certificates..alot people says stuff sent to uscis with i-130 never returned thats why they ask for all copies..but thanks guysssssssssssssssss

hello people i realy need help:(

last year when i applied for my wife in uscis (i-130) i sent the original pictures of our marriage and forgot to keep copies of it, so next month my wife got interview date but we are missing some pictures we got few but i am woudering do they give us our photographs at the interview or nit..coz i heard from people things sent to uscis never return but i have sent them request letter asking if i could get my pictures back but havent had ny replies yet so plzs any1 can tell me if i can get those original pictures back from uscis??
