Hi Teya, the NVC got our IV package and the AOS package 2 weeks ago. We're just waiting now until it gets done there. We're being very optimistic and hoping it'll only take 1 month since it's a very straightforward case. What about you???

Hey Kaya! Another question for you: o your timeline it says "sig-in failed" is that for the Automated Voice Response system? Or is there a website to check? Also, how do you find out when your papers have been received at the NVC? (in this case the AOS and DS230)

Hey thanks for all your help. I have more questions for you (I'm such a nag...sorry). When you sent in your paperwork to the NVC, did you send your original BC then? If so, did the Embassy not get it when the NVC forwarded the case? Was getting the medical stuff a real pain? I have no records of my vaccines!

Hi Catracho! I'm a catracha myself and I'm finally ready to send the AOS and IV packages. I have a couple of questions though: when your wife got her police certificate, did she have hers certified? Were the birth and marriage certificated authenticated? Did she have to get a brand new police certificate right before the interview? Did you ever call the embassy to schedule the inter...

So I saw that your payment still shows as In Process. Does it take that long for them to clear it?

Oh good! Thankfully we have all our documents ready!My husband is dropping his W-2 and pay stubs today at the lawyers and I'll confimr that they pay today. Do you know an estimate of how long it takes from when they get the package till when you actually get an interview date?
