The police certificate did not have to be certified or notarized, neither were the marriage or birth certificates. But know this: you have to have the long form of your birth certificate and marriage certificate, if the marriage occurred in Honduras. It's different than the fill-in-the-blanks one that you normally get. She did not have to get a new police certificate either.
