i have same kind of problem, i sent it my document on november 14 and recived i-797 notice of action on novamber 26th but still as of feb 6 i didn't recived any bio-matieric appointment latter yet ?

i don't know what to do becasue my green card expire on feb 22nd,

i called uscis ,lady said she sending requset to center and it will take more than 15 days to take action,

i got same AVR massage that you got, but i called NVC and person come up in line they told me they just recived 16th Nov but i send AOS on 27th Oct and DS-230 On NOV 3rd so it means it take time more than 15 days to enter in system ones your AOS and DS-230 deleverd to NVC.

Co- sponsor 's Copy of birthcertificate would be fine correct ? or i have to sent orignal birth certificate

i just spoke to the one of person she told me that is about I-864A co-sponsor, need relation this petitonar means need birth certificate of co-sponsor,

but question is should i wait for that RFE later or i have to sent ti without it or i can sent it ny an email ?

i just check on AVR system it say ,, sent RFE on 16th and still i don't recived any email yet from NVC, Does any one know how long it take to recived RFE email from NVC...

If you recived auto replyemail back form NVC for your DS-3032 than Iv fee inovie should be ganrate ,

than you said that you talk to oprater ,they didn't recived DS-3032 so you have to sent it again, it happen to me also i tired two time sent DS-3032 and i did't recived auto reply back i recived reply back of my two email after 20 days ,, mean while i sent other email this time i put subject : Att Supervisor Sue # cas ........ than with in 8 hour i recived reply back and ganrat IV inovice fee auto matic

. but in your case you recived auto reply back from NVC means they got your email,

anyway send it agian this subject : ATT Supervisor sue

i had same problem of DS-3032 Email, i wait 10 days after i email than i called oprater of NVC beacuse i paid AOS fee and my IV invoice doen't ganrat until nvc accepet DS-3032 form . she told me if you don't recived auto respons with in 24 hours that means your email doesn't go thru, you have to do email agian. ... it is happen with me i don't know about other pepole

than i did email agian same email adress this time i put ATT: "Supervisor Sue " Case # ....

i sent DS-3032 email 3 time but it is not accapeted but you told to send Att : Supervior Sue

DS-3032 choice of agent email accept after send same day, Att; Supervior Sue .

today i did way you told that DS-3032 sent it agian ... Put Subject : ATTN: Supervisor Sue " and rest of same .

let's see what is the resulte come out.

But in NVC Latter of DS-3032 say . if you have to email DS-3032 ..write down NVC CASE # ,benificairy name and date of bith and person who who you choge for agent and send it to NVC

Malvika how you sent your DS-3032 , In email format or you did fill out form DS-3032 and than attachment it and sent it to NVC

I sent my AOS package today to NVC but I haven't heard anything about DS-3032 that I sent on 10/19. I haven't received anything from NVC via email except DS-3032

As other folks said, IV fee bill won't be invoiced until they accept our DS-3032.

Lets share experience and update each other.
