My wife is from Thailand and she has been here since November of 2011

Now we wish for her parents to visit here this year hopefully,

Could anyone tell us the steps we should take? Tourist visa?

Also wish they could become citizens ,, what visa would that take??

Sorry to hear about ur interview,,,maybe they gave her a 221g form like we had? I thought Phatcharin was denied to but then she handed me form and it said as long as we had more pictures and emails from when we talked and letter from her ex saying its ok with him for his daughter to leave to USA forever,,,Once we got letter the form said bring in documents and we did then she was approved!

I would contact ur gal asap and hope she got that form best of luck

We have letter from court showing Phatcharin has sole custody!

So worried about this because I can't let Phatchain leave her daughter here!!!

After Leana was born,Phatcharin's and her ex-boyfriend separated,he was never around for them but now that he is prison he calls and wants to talk his daughter and I understand that(still hard though)

They both don't get along and we are 8 hour drive from where he went to prison last year for 27 years(selling drugs)

We don't think he will write letter because his mother wants her grand daughter to stay in Thailand! I told Phatcharin to tell her and her ex that she will have school to learn english and still know Thai,

My question is will the prison write letter to us stating he will not get out for 27 years!?

Hi, as far as im aware you will receive a package giving you the address of the embassy etc. I think there is somewhere on the uscis page which will tell you where the medical and interview will take place. Though if your only beginning to file your K1 visa this week you are going to be waitim 4-6 months till the interview and medical
