Rep. do not return my case to USCIS. I have not received any letter from them. I went to a congresmen for help. They sent a leter to the Dominican consulate but they replied...

saying that my fiance was deniedbecause according to our interview they knew that our relationship was only for immigration pourposes.My situation now is that my hands are tied until my case is return to USA.

That is what I've been trying to find out, if there is a way to receive a waiver for that code. I've seen two lawyers and none of them have heard about this code before. I know that I need a lawyer but have to be a good one and I haven't find it yet. I' ve sent letters to different agencies witn no results yet. I'll let you know. Thank you.

Hola!, responding to your questions: I returned to US immediately after the interview because I did not have more time from my job. My case is much more serious than what I thought. They put a code on the denial paper that basically banned my fiancee from obtaining any type of visa. That is Secction P6C-1. What that means is that we committed fraud providing false information.

Visa denied devastated. please help if you can.
