    We have been approved with 2 conditions. Ken lived in Germany past the age of 14. We need to get a Police Records Check. His Canadian Police Record Check misspelled his last name. Looking on the bright side. We are approved we just need to find where to get a German Police Check.

    2 weeks has passed from the time I sent NVC the I-864 and DS-230... how long will my case be completed at NVC? hmm..

      I would suggest to wait for at least 3-4 weeks before all can be completed without any RFE..

      What does your NVC AVR status?

      My still saying waiting for ds-230 form which I have already sent 2 weeks before..
