JE KA ES2K : Yes I am flying out and picking up my wife. Right now i found a web site called vayama.com which i used in the past that has good prices. Also watch out some web sites will give you a round trip ticket to PH but now a one way trip from PH to the US. From Chicago to Butuan from Feb. 23-Mar. 2 is about a little less then $ 3,000 for the both of us.

@melissa_endrie: No my wife is waiting for her interview date so that she can do it a week before her interview date. She has to travel because she is on another island. Same island as Davao. How about you? Don't you need your interview letter to take your medical exam.

oh! I am from Davao too =D. My husband wanted to wait for my interview date before I fly to manila. I wanted to take an advance medical exam but hubby is the boss I need to follow him...hahahha!

Lots of vj friends took there medical in advance even if they dont have interview date yet, as long as you have a copy of the NOA2 and your passport you can have the med.exam.

we waited 6 weeks for the processing and then they schedule the interviews the second week of the month for the next month. So I would say it was 6 weeks then the packets were approved and 3 weeks after that we found out when the interview was. I hope this helps. Sorry it is so late in coming. My wife passed her interview and now waiting results of the physical. We have been approved pending that.

The medical exam fee includes vaccinations.
