    So back in the summer of 2010 the NOA 1 to NOA 2 was taking about 65 to 75 days to process. Now the NOA 1 to NOA 2 is taking about 140 days. Does anyone know why the time is nearly double now?? Grrrr

      I have not seen much action at CSC from Igor's List the past week either. Guess, VSC will finally catch up. :)
