If I were you, I would download all the forms from here and fax the checklist and DS230 back to the embassy if you have all the documents needed on the checklist. You can request that your interview is after the medical you have booked, too. I did this and saved about two weeks while they received my approved I-129F and then posted my packet 3. Just make sure you email the embassy stating your case number asking if they have received your packet three fax and ask when your interview will be.
