hello all

i just want to ask.. i am the father and my wife is here with me in the US

what do i need to pick up my 2 years old daughter in the philippines??

my daughter is a USC through CRBA im also USC.my wife is permanent resident and she's not able to travel due of pregnancy

does anyone know?

when the interview is almost done.. they ask for my old pasport with all the stamp on it.. and my wife dont have it.. but the officer says all the docs. we provide is all good except the old passport.. that my wife need to send it back to them.

Is there anyone can help me? for CRBA and ask for additional document?

on the time of interview 01-20-11 the officer ask for My OLD PASSPORT (philippine passport) and my wife dont have it.. the officer said iether bring the old passport.. or go to travel agency to get my travel record.. so.. she went there and and she got it was friday so she sent it on monday.. then..after a week she call embasy to ask if they got it.. and the embasy said yes they have it and wait for them to call if they need more additional docs. and.. they said also the system is updating..

so we wait..

when the Month of march come we dont hear anything.. so my wife did call them again.. then they said again.. wait their call..

my question is.... how long the embasy do system update??? and how long to wait for the additional docs to review?

does the almost 2 moths is sounds good for waiting? any sagestion what to do??

You've lived at least 5 years (as a citizen) in the US with at least two of those after the age of 14? i am 1 year citizen when my daughter was born..

You are her biological father? yes

If you can answer yes to all of those then your daughter should get a CRBA and a blue US passport.

she is 2 years old now

I believe the State Department(only at overseas consulates) handles CRBAs and they have nothing to do with the USCIS. I'm not sure why they would have even fielded that question directly instead of referring you to the State Department/overseas consulate.

m so uppset!!!!!! my daughter had interview today for IR2.. and something come up.. when my wife and daughter went to interview.. the officer said my daughter was a US citizen.. and need a Blue passport... REALY?? thats F-BS!!!

here is why i filed for I-130

i called the USCIS before i filed the petition for my daughter.. and the USCIS officer said that i need to file for her.. cause im not qualified on CRBA so i filed.. after waiting for more than 8 months.. this is the result!!!! wasting time and money????

yes once the payment is paid and you print the cover sheet. you may send it

as long all the fee is is paid.. u may send the aos and Ds230 same day and NOTE they have diffenrent department.. you will see the address on BARCODED SHEET

you will hear nothing if you send the required documents on AOS or DS230

they will notify you by mail or email if you have missing document on AOS or DS230

i got 2 RFE on different case @ NVC

my 1st RFE is the AOS the bank statement

and the 2nd RFE is AOS the FORM I-864W instead of I-864

you may write the NVC CASE NO# or you may print small sticker with case no# on it and put it on top right on each docs

We had the same issue... and just decided to have him mail them to me whichever fastest method he can afford. Basically just had him get them together as fast as possible while I continued to prepare the rest of the forms.

philippines to US use LBC LBC=UPS 3-5 buisness days cost u 1200php

US to philippines use FEDEX international EXPRESS 3-5 buisness days cost u $60

usually they take 3-5 buisness days to receive the IIN

send ORIGINAL/CERTIFIED and a copy make sure the copy is black and white so they know what is original and copy...

I.M.O bring original/certified birth and marriage certificate on the time of interview just in case..

yes you can email it as long you have the case# already...

by the time you receive the IIN your DS3032 is in process...
