My husband and I met in Ecuador! I love hearing about other Canadian-American couples meeting in other places...
I thought he was more serious than unfriendly. But even though he didn't give us an immediate approval, we got one that same day. I really didn't mind him as he didn't ask us too many question like other couples go through. It was very easy.
