I want to know which one of these do you do? Do I, take the sheet to any Banco Popular branch in the Dominican Republic to pay the non-fundable visa application fee of the equivalent of US$140.00 in Dominican pesos and an additional non-refundable fee of US$15.00 (the equivalent in Dominican pesos) plus applicable taxes per applicant. Or Pay $210.00 the day of the interview in the Consular Section.

Or Both.

Please advise me cause appointment is the 1st week of Octobe...

you must pay the banco popular fee first before your interview, the'll give you a receipt which you'll have to take on the interview and show that you paid the required amount. THEN at the interview date you will pay an additional $210 dollars. so you must pay BOTH fees,once the visa is approved, you will pay an additional $16 dollars to have your visa delivered to your DR residence.
