      Yeah, if you have your AOS paid on line and says "PAID", print out the receipt as a cover page for the AOS package... you don't have to wait for DS3032 as received to send AOS package - once the DS3032 is received, it generates the IV Bill.

      Somehow NVC is not sending the IV Bill - they seem to hold off on processing DS3032. Mind boggling and it's getting my goat... Waiting is soooooo hard!!!

      Aw i see... now i understand more the process. The AOS by Friday will say paid & we will most likely send the package Monday. So, ds-3032 is linked with IV bill because AOS pack is basicaly of the petitioner to prove he/she is able to take care of beneficiary & IVth package is of the beneficiary, which is me & I need to designate my hubby to send it and they are kinda lazy to finalize the process. Bong... Now all makes sense!! Thank you so much JE KA ES2K, hugs!! :o)
