      Yes, I received a response saying that the NVC is unable to add third party contact information to the case record at this time. What about you?

      I sent DS-3032 two times via my address email on yesterday but not recived an auto response from NVC...I thinking maybe NVC hadn't recived my email at that time..Should I send it again ?
