Hello, I have question i have a friend that wants to apply k1 using his mother as a co sponsor he ask me if that was allowed and i dont knw but did knw it was allowed with spousal visa, does any1 knw about this?

when i read this i was like OMG and i thought i had been in a mess b4 ur in a big one OUCH, but look its as simple as this you really do not have to put up with that uve never ever spent more than 4,000$ including plane ticket hotel and spending money all together, women in the Phil come dime a dozen hope i dont offend the good ones here but point blank it find another and when u do dont send even a dime b4 i dont care if she even says death in family dont send and if ask drop her right then dont fall in the trap of falling for the first pretty pinay syndrome as i call it..

1. if shes in seperated status pass her up

2. if any kids at all drop her

3. if ask for money b4 meeting end it right then

4. be a man set some limits

also remimber shes only 1 pinay of thousands, theres simple girls in the mountains or provinces that have nothing work just to be able to eat the other post i read here are right a good pinay would be to shy to ask money just dnt give up and hang in there and ull find, just dont let ones beauty get to ur head ud be alot better off looking just a simple avg looking pinay...

I have actually got lucky in a good family fiancee already has 2 sisters married to american family already had 2 motorcycles and a multi cab and a house with shower etc im staying with her at her parents house while looking for place to rent somewhat close to her family so right at the moment all im spending for is food iam quite happy with the pinay i have i was gonna rent house right for 11,000 php a month but gf said no way were not paying that lets wait till we kind find something similiar but cheaper dnt want u spending to much thats the good thing about this shes as tight and responsible with money as i am...

Hi to all I just wanted to share some info that might be helpful to others, I arrived in phil april 25 b4 i left i left the return date OPEN, on april 26 i went to immigration office in CEBU and requested a visa to stay for 3 months all i did was fill out the form right there at the office provided my passport did not show bank statements nor did i show where i was staying, going back to the office today to pick my passport back up I had always thought to do this i would have to show bank statements flight and were i am staying but nope all i did was fill out the form and that was it....

If i had known b4 it was relly that easy to stay in philippines i would have did this a long time ago, i just decided since i am getting social security i would try and see if 870$ a month would be enough to live here in philippines, by july if i see 870$ a month is good ill just stay for good and keep extending visa every 2-3 months

hello to all finally recieved cancelation confirmation letter today, but do have a question considering i stopped the process shortly after getting the NOA1 when i read my cancelation letter i noticed a A# above my reciept number I always thought A# was not issued till after getting a NOA2? 2nd question is if or when i try again to do a K1 visa process do I still need to file a waiver with the papers even though we was not married?

Hello to all I sent a written request to USCIS to cancel and withdraw I-129F petition but thing is me and my pinay worked out our issues and wamt to continue the process. I still have not got a reply on the cancelation letter the case is still prnding last touched Nov 1...

1st question I have is how long can it be before I hear reply on the cancelation letter to withdraw the I-120f

2nd is if u canceled a petition for someone can I still try to get her in america..

ur ryt 100 percent it was just a money thing on my pinay i was sending her 100$ a month and i told her while i was in the philippines with her that i was gonna send her 100$ a month when i got back home until she was here not all pinays but some just do not understand that wen ur sending money monthly plus saving for papers flight green card etc that u just cant do everything...my pinays family wanted me to remodel there house and i just flat out said NO and told her sending money to ur family is ok to me but u should be here working b4 that starts and i also told her we are not married yet u are my obligation ryt now the family is not on me until after married and she broke up because of that now i probally could have got her back but if 2 people are fighting alot about money how much more is it gonna be after married so hell with that i know there is good girls in the philippines that would have respect for a man that does what i do......

Buddy i read through this heres my suggestion find u a co sponsor now and i suggest the member be a close family member like mother father brother or sister then if it fails go to the phil and live u do draw SSDI so yes u can live there and still get that cause its money u worked for and paid in....

I myself just filed a K1 Fiancee Visa i draw SSI and when embassy interview time comes ill use my Mother as CO Sponsor some in Manila accept it some dnt but i do have a friend thats married to a filipina that draws SSDI and used his mom as a co sponsor and his wife is here been here for 3 months now Godbless and good luck to u

No the NOA1 was issued oct 20 and i got it on Oct 22 i just didnt check my mail to Nov 1 thats why it says Nov 1 on my timeline but my NOA1 is dated Oct 20 but i do expect a 3-4 month wait for the NOA2

hi to all i have question on oct 22 i recieved email notification that my I-129F had been accepted and routed to Vermont for processing and it had the reciept number listed but not to check it until i rcv the official 797 that i would get it within 7-10 days and today is the 10th day but i did not rcv it so my question is..Has this happen to anyone else how much longer do i need to wait

hello to answer ur question i have a friend thats married to a filipina and he used his mom as a co sponsor and got approved and his mother wasnt even working she drawed retirement social security... so what i would do is

do 2 I-134 forms 1 on you and another with ur mom list any assets u may have then on the form of ur mother list the home ur mom owns and what its worth using ur mom as a co sponsor is ok the reason u hear of some co sponsor getting denied is cause the co sponsor they ised was not a immediate famo;y member u should be ok i myself just sent in a petition and i draw SSI i listed on my G325a disabled from birth and come interview time ill send in 2 I-134 forms one on me and one my mother to the 2nd part of ur question the co sponsor is the one that has to meet the income requirements so it shouldnt matter that ur unemployed the sponser is the one who is responsible for ur girl and to the last part to be on the safe side id send a original of ur tax return not always but some CO will ask 4 originals so have it handy incase

take 3 G325a forms have ur gf completly fill pme out and sign it then have her sign her name to 2 blank ones incase u have to edit anything then if i were u id make a letter of intent then both of u sign it and make copies of it then get 2 passport style photos of her because u wil submit a photo of insert directly behind the G325a for the i-129f petition get copies of all the letters u sent her so u can also send that in with it as part of proof of relationship and take pictures with her family that shows witnesses to ur visit and also take some pics in well known places of the philippines...I went to philippines may 2010 everything i told u is what i did on my trip i just submitted my petition october 15 goodluck to u and have a good trip GodBless
