      @odne Yes, it's mandatory for you to get it. You can leave as soon as you attend the seminar and get the CFO sticker and certificate affixed to your passport. Good luck! :)

    Medical - DONE! One last stop and our journey will end. :) My arms still hurts from the 2 vaccine. My baby received 5 shots.

      HELLO ULIT! IM KINDA CURIOUS ABOUT WHAT REASON YOU GAVE TO NVC TO EXPEDITE YOUR CASE. OUR CASE IS THE SAME AS WELL AS OUR PD WHICH IS JUNE 13,2007. I AM 6 MONTHS PREGNANT NOW AND WE WANTED TO DELIVER THE BABY TO THE USA.DO U THINK IS THAT A VALID REASON FOR EXPEDITION OF OUR CASE? PLS LET ME KNOW ABOUT THE PROCESS YOU'VE WENT THROUGH =) THANKS A LOT =)

      hi kareen_g! You know what I gave as a reason to NVC to have our case expedited: I said, I miss my husband and it breaks my heart seeing our 1yr old daughter looking for his dad. As simple as that. I never thought it will be approved actually. So I guess, you being pregnant and already on your 6th month is a lot more reason for expedition of your case. You probably could tell them you don't want to leave your baby here so might as well be able to fly before your due date.

      not yet sis. USEM just received our packet from NVC today since it was a holiday yesterday. I'll try to call back on thurs hoping we'll be given a sched. I also have to get well for the medical. I caught some colds and coughs last sunday, bad timing!

      just called NVC last night. our case was sent to USEM Manila last June 28. but we still dont have any interview schedule

    no news yet regarding our interview schedule.. other consulates have started giving out schedules. I haven't seen any for Manila.
