T-7 days for my Oath ceremony, cant wait!

It can take up to 90 days, I know is frustrating but hang in there it will get there

is it actually worth applying for I130 from a US citizen to bring my brother ? i see the time is 10 years wait more or less?

part of the interview is an english test (speak/write/read) you need to know basic english to pass the interview you cannot bring an interpreter

I think applying for replacement of certificate can take 6 month to a year, so no luck there

Do i need to give my certification of naturalization (original) what about if it gets lost?

Finally I got my Oath letter today!!! did not get change of status on the website, i checked my mail and there it was!!! so happy

It can be one week, 1 month, 3 month depends on what town you live, how often they have the ceremony, I have been waiting 6 weeks for the letter

I got the same letter, IO did not even say congratulation, the form those, waiting for oath letter -6 weeks-, I hear it can take up to 90 days dependinh on your location, I am in gainesville FL and the next Oath is June 24 but still no letter

I agree with Ace13, the US is one of the few countries that allow people to come and keep their languages, schools, newspapers etc. Any other country either you learn the local customs and change to them or take the highway. Dont like the Oath? dont take it

Hi, after passing the interview and still waiting for my oath ceremony letter (6 weeks snif) i noticed that the status on the website is still on the "interview" stage, should not be on "decision"?

thanks for the info, the wait is killing me, and off course you start to think that something is wrong, i cannot rememeber if the IO asked me to sign my app or not, I got an info pass for june 1st hope they tell me about when is my oath ceremony will hate to drive 2 hrs to Jax for nothing. I wish the status on the check my case site changed as well is still under "interview". thanks guys

Hi guys, I had my interview Apr 12 in Jacksonville FL, passed and got the form recommended for approval but after 6 weeks no oath ceremony letter yet, I know it can take up to 90 days but still i hate the wait some others get it the same day or a week later, I know in my town Gainesville Fl there is an Oath ceremony June 24th (I read it from another forum member) wonder why haven’t got the letter yet and also why they didn’t give me the choice to take the Oath in Jacksonville May 20, is a 2 hr drive for me but I would have taken it, I am just frustrated and I know we all in the same struggle for one thing or the other.
I tried to call the 800 number just to know if I am schedule for the 24th but they would not tell me, they said I need to wait 90 days, it has been 6 weeks so 3 more weeks! to be able to ask, should i get an infopass? or they won’t tell me anyway? if it is before the 90 days, I really would like to know my brother is having a baby in August and would like to be there, please share

if I call USCIS Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283 would they give me the status update when will get oath letter? any1 has tried?

We found out yesterday at an infopass that they don't send the oath letter until six weeks or sooner before the oath ceremony date. So if the next oath ceremony isn't until mid-July (or the next oath ceremony that isn't full isn't until then), oath letter won't come until beginning of June, even if the interview was passed in March or April.... That's what we were told, anyway.

they send the letter 2-4 weeks before your oath ceremony, sometimes depending on how many people they have for the oath in your city can take a while for me took 6 weeks to get the letter.
