  1. so i got this notice from uscis today that my Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed. I know they usually send letter out 30 days from the date, the 17th to the 23th of June i'm schedule to travel to taxes for work, do yal think the date will be within that time? do anyone know the dates they do oath ceremony at the court house in Birmingham AL? because when i was interview at the Montgomery AL office on the 30th of last month the officer told me that my oath ceremony will be at the court house in Birmingham AL,

    We placed you in line for your oath ceremony and will send you a notice for Receipt Number NBC*00000000, with the date, time, and location of your oath ceremony. You should receive your notice within 30 days of its mailing date. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

  3.  info pass and local congressman wont do nothing, if the office is in backlog they anit nothing no one can do to help more than just sit and wait for you name to come to the head of the line .. because i apply last year feb 2017 an just got my interview letter march 2018, i did count less service inquire i call local congressman and they do the same, and still nothing happen, all they going to tell you that they back log, when i was in my interview i ask the officer why the process took so long? he said they have alot of application an they behind, he said once the office is behind all you have to do is just sit an wait,

    i just had my interview. the hardest part of it was to drive 3 hours there an 3 hours back , because i was in and out in less than 15min , the officer did told me that i will have my oath ceremony at Birmingham al, at the court house, he said once the court house contact them then they will send me my oath letter to go there,

    my last 2 service request i did, i get the same reply, i think that is just auto message email they send out when you do a service request, smh

    you can apply 5 years and 1 day, when i was doing my application all i send off was, copy of green card and copy of id and i didnt get rfe

    uscis process application in categories so it dont matter which category you file under as long as you are eligible ,so if you file under 3 year rules , you will be required to provide more paper work , if you file under the 5 years rules then you dont have to send in all the paper work for you and your husband to support your application. less paper work less stress so i would file under the 5 years rule

    no update for me either, i think service request its a wast of time, its been over a year two service request , call congress man, and still anit hear nothing yet more than that they are back up and i should just wait for interview date to come available date smh 

  9. so i have  contact my senator office, and they told me that the Montgomery field office is backlog on interview dates an oat ceremony , he still took my information and contact the Montgomery office but they send him back a email basically saying they have my case an they just waiting to schedule my interview date.

    03/04/2017- finger print

    03/05/2017- Case went in line for  interview

    i just got a respond from my service request and they said they same thing that im in a per-processing stage and when it complete they will schedule my interview smh
