I just had one question. they mention somewhere that documents must be appostilled. If we have documents certified by the issuing authority do we need to apostil them or it's accepted like that. Thank you very much for the info!
ya - 'certified docs' definition can be confusing - if the 'copy' is certified by the original issuing authority that ISSUED the original, then yer golden.
