when you get SIF does that mean that your case has been forwarded already to US Embassy in Manila? or its just to inform us that the case was completed for review? Thanks. Congrats by the way!
Hubby called NVC to confirm our cases were sent to US Embassy in Manila. They confirmed that they were. He then went to the sign-on page and it told him SIF for both my daughter's and my cases. So, in our situation, SIF did mean it went to the embassy.
