Hello Everyone!

My fiance and I are currently waiting for our K-1 NOA2. According to the trend charts, we should look to receive word sometime this summer, in sha' allah. My question arises because I will be in Egypt for much of the summer, then on to Syria. Thus I won't be be back in the US to organize the packet I'll send to my fiance for his interview. I'm having my family send the packet on my behalf. I emailed the embassy asking for advice, but I thought I'd get a second opinion from you all.

Are there any date sensitive documents I can't prepare in advance? For example, does my bank statement have to be dated and notarized after the NOA2 date?
