At first they said they are still within 90 days but I explained I'm on H-1B working visa and will expire soon this Thursday 6/17/10. After that she placed a call to National Benefits Center and it was approved and card production was ordered immediately. I guess mine was an exception. I had a prior 6-years of working permit before I did my AOS.
