    Thank You Guys.. Just a question my husband is bron here in the Philippines and he doesn't have NSO copy of his birthcertificate.. He only have Civil Registrar copy.. is it okay??

      have you tried going to NSO and acquire a copy?if he has civil registration..then there's a possibily that it was registered at NSO too..

      he is not registered in the nso.. because e went to the states when he is still young and when i checked to NSO is last name is different... don't know why.. is it okay to bring his LCR birth certificate?
