    Thank You Guys.. Just a question my husband is bron here in the Philippines and he doesn't have NSO copy of his birthcertificate.. He only have Civil Registrar copy.. is it okay??

      he is not registered in the nso.. because e went to the states when he is still young and when i checked to NSO is last name is different... don't know why.. is it okay to bring his LCR birth certificate?

    husband asked if there is anyone knows to expedite the process.. We already expedite it through USCIS but still it seems that we are not expedited..
