Hi how are you guys. I wanted to ask a question. Do I need to show proof of my marriage when I sent the I-485 package. If so what proof do I need to send. I have the marriage certificate as well as pictures form the wedding. Would that be enough?

Hi how are you? My wife and I got married about 1 month ago and applying for AOS. I have read mixed reviews if she needs another medical exam here in the US or if the one that was performed in Peru is Ok. What are your thoughts? She got some vaccines in Peru as well, can you guys tell me what vaccines are needed for the AOS? Thanks for your help!

So she won't need any police records from the US eventhough she lived in the US for 2 years. In the Peruvian Embassy page it says that she needs police records in each country she lived since she was 16.

Hi and thanks for all your help. My fiance lived in the US in Atlanta Georgia from 2004-2006. She was here on a J1 visa. About 1 year ago she got her police records from Atlanta. Would these be sufficient? Does she need to get a new copy since it has been a year since she got her police record? (She has not returned to the US since 2006). Does she need the FBI records as well? Thanks for your help.

Hi guys. For the proof of ongoing relationship I have some E mails that I can send with my I-129f. However, most of the e mails are in Spanish with some English words. Can I still submit those E-mails even if they are in Span-glish? What else can I include in that section?

Hey Guys thanks for all of your help. I have a question about question 18B. Here is what I worte. Is wanted to fit everything in the space they provided.

I met my fiance in 2004 in Atlanta, Georgia through a mutual friend. Even though we lived in different states, we fell in love and saw each other on a regular basis. She moved back to Peru in 2006 and I visited her many times. The last time I went to Peru was in February 2010.I knew that I needed her in my life and proposed to her.

Is this enough information or should I expand on our relationship. Thanks!!!!

Hi! Thanks for all your help. I have another question. I am going to use my Naturalization certificate to prove my citizenship. I have a U.S. passport as well, however, the passport expires on July 27,2010. So my question is can I still photocopy my passport as proof that I am a U.S. citizen and as proof that I have visited the my fiance eventhough it will expire in a few months.

My other question is on th G-325 form on the employment last 5 years. In the line where you are supposed to write the Full name of the employer and address, there is not enough space. Can I use the line below that one or does it have to be in another paper? If I was in graduate school during those last five years and was not working, should I mention that as well and put student for occupation?

My question is should I show pictures from when she was in the USA as well eventhough it was more than 2 years ago? What should I put in the picutres? Where should I put the pictures in a zip lock bag or paste them in a blank paper? How many pictures is a good number? What if I have my flight itenerary but not my boarding pass is that good enough?
