I resquedueled mine due to medical reasons. Could have it even in Dec, made me choose whatever date i wanted, but with holidays & all the things i need to do Jan 11 was perfect. I like the nb: 11.01.11, looks magical!! Me & hubby have this thing with even nbs & dates!! We like alot!! Also you had it, my twin bro from VJ (remember u said we think alike), but then urs got changed!!! hahah, that is funny... mine was changed earlier, urs late!...

Oh wow. Embassy Seoul seems to be too busy. They post all the interview appointments on line and they are booked up. It has a lot to do with the US military presence in Korea, I think.

Hey, dont stress urself too much with gathering evidence... I'm not, just organizing the USCIS & NVC docs, making a photo album & have some other things i gathered along the way. (lol ever since i realized i have to gather bonafide evidence, coz since the beginning of the relationship i threw away alot of them) hahaha =))

Btw what is ur opinion about N. Koreea's atack on S. Korea? What are your feelings towards them? Me, as an outsider i probably see things diff than you. If it was my country i would hate them, but at the same time... they are like ur brothers no? Just the ruling is so bad....

oh, NK is trying to tell the world that they exist and they deserve some attention. Since we have absolutely no individual level interaction with them, we do not have much of opinions towards NK citizens. We just don't like the dictator who thinks that they can shell us any time they feel like it, but a war is definitely not an option.

If they wait biographic info that means they already entered your AOS. If this was the message for quite some time, maybe already IV pack was entered & both reviewed & ready to go. SO COOL!! You might have Dec interview!! Yuppi

I'm so frustrated today!! Idk if i will have Jan interview if they move so slow. In 2 weeks or less i should already have SIF & CC so that they can squeduel me the next month!! Only thing I'm glad is that US embassy in my country is not too busy!!

I was thinking our case would be completed around the 3rd week of December and the interview will be scheduled in late January. Sigh. This is not what I was hoping for. When we filed I130 back in May, we really thought that I130 would be approved in Sept then we would have had the interview by Dec. frustrating.. frustrating...

My thought process was identical to urs. Best case scenario, what was hoping for was by Dec too. Ever since we cannot really talk about optimal or expedited processing times at USCIS & NVC (mine was normal), we'll get ur visa in Jan. Initially at NVC felt lucky coz things were going along smooth, now feel i ran out of luck!! Oh well...)))

I dont think our petitions are under that risk, honestly. Yuppi!!!We're gonna get approved soon,we're fine. The ppl from the next months June, July,August, September... if they would get moved to VSC, I would worry if i would be in theyr shoes. God help us all get throgh this well!!

I hope so. My wife will have to give up her job and come and live here with me if that happens. A US company will just have to lose a good engineer for a while. That will be a shame.

Wow you're wife is smart! My hubby is very smart too,worked in bank, invests in stockmarkets etc. So lucky we are to have found such special ppl. For all the good things in life you have to wait!! I'm going to wait as long is necesary to be with my loved one. I'm sure you feel same!! )

hello tooduhri. I experience that also when i emailed the NVC since Oct. 27 unti now there is no auto response. I am planning to call the NVC tomorrow and ask if they already received the DS-3032 that i email to them.

I am pretty sure they did. I can't locate the auto response from them, but we received the IV bill in 2 weeks of emailing DS3032. Hang in there.

@fromphilippines I got the IIN from them and I see that the invoices have not been generated. They also adviced that DS3032 has not been generated and I need to wait weeks!! Errrr.. @tanpopo you have always been the "hope" giver thanks!

You're so funny... you actually wrote it down!! hahaha... is so frustrating to hear that freaking voice & music, grrrrrrrrrr... Call early in in the morning 7.30 to 9.00. You get on the line incredibly fast!!! One morning i woke up my hubby from sleep to call them at such hours. Gotta admit is true effort of waking up, but is well worth it in my opinion!! You should try it...

I dont send no hard copy, they approved one of my old ds-3032 emails. They didnt even respond to the one with barcode that i scanned for them today!!! Do you have IV bill invoiced? I'm sure you do. Hey we're on same track so far... Wonder if we will have close interview dates. When do you belive you will have interview??

I sent ds3032 emails twice and i got a response saying that my "inquiry" has been accepted on the 2nd one. I decided to send the 2nd one cuz that's when AOS bill was generated. I figured that is when COA was generated too. I called NVC and the lady sounded really annoyed and told me that I need to wait. No IV invoice yet. My wife expressed COA today ( it will arrive on Monda ). I am hoping to get an interview in early Jan! how about you? did you receive the bill?

I have the IV bill already, we paid it last night. We're gonna send both packages at the same time... AOS already says PAID, so I'm waiting for the other one to say PAID & for my husband to asemble the packages & then to verify them togheter. I hope interview will be early Jan too beacuse then i will be able to go with my husband. I think by Monday you'll have IV bill, dont worry, enjoy weekend meanwhile, be certain ppl at NVC do!!

My hubby recently ran across very bitchy operators too. They were rushing him: "Anything else?Anything else?Got anymore questions?"

Yeah...the NVC is really hit or miss with their service Maybe next time you will speak to a nice operator who is actually helpful!
