    Are you speaking to a Supervisor or the operator that picks up?

    If the docs you sent are on the way to the embassy abroad, they NOT NVC will go over your entire application and required documentation...

    I spoke to the operator! I dont think they know much huh! how can they transfer me to a supervisor?

    I hope that the docs are on the way to the embassy, but I think they are still in the NVC mailroom, cuz I have been tracking packages to Tunisia and there was nothing :(

    Ok, VJers,

    here's my situation: my case was expedited at NVC, when the expedite was approved, my docs (DS230 package and AOS package) were already on their way to NVC! therefore they have sent my file to the embassy without these IMPORTANT DOCS!! I have been calling NVC, and different operators told me that whatever is sent to NVC will be forwarded to the Embassy! BUT, they also said that it doesnt show on the system that they have received the docs!! so the docs must be in the mailroom still!! I'm very sure of that since USPS tracking shows that the docs were delivered by Oct 12th and Oct 15th!!! I want to get in touch with the MAILROOM SUPERVISOR or something! can any one help me get an email address or anything?? this is urgent! please help if you can

    Your docs and the original will be forwarded to the embassy and you will be given your originals at the interview.

    Well, for me - the lady at the USEM said that they received all the original dox we submitted and as far as I know - that is the standard procedure! :) You did send copies of all original dox with the packages, right??

    great!! and yes i submitted copies in the IV application but not in the AOS though! thank God! I thought I was in trouble!!

    Ok VJers,

    I need you to comfort me! I have sent the original docs of the Affidavit of support (tax transcripts, birth cert of co sponsor, employment letters..) and the IV application (marriage cert. +original police cert+photos...) to the NVC.

    I DONT HAVE the same packs of docs, and to get those papers AGAIN it might take me up to a month!!!

    I just wanna know, if all the docs get to be forwarded to the US EMbassy or NOT! please for those who have experienced an interview after filing normally at NVC (not e-filing) did they REALLY have to bring another pack of the same originals? or the Consular alreayd had everything from NVC????????

    PLEASE HELP

    • thats great actually!!! isnt it guys? Im on the same wagon! I been tracking my file from NVC to Tunisia's embassy, and it was shipped today!they also received my IV application this mornin so I wonder if they included that in the file hmm..but i shouldnt worry about it, the woman said that they'll forward all of my docs to USEM whenever! I havent sent the AOS yet which is cool! we can send that straight to the USEM!

    did you sent it express mail? usually express mail has some 'delivery signature' thingie with it, unless you specifically told usps employee not to get signature upon delivery.

    did you use the PO box address or the courier address?

    I sent it via FirstClass mail service, this is the address I sent it to:

    i don tthink firstmail requests a delivery signature but i can track it! and when I do, it says that they tried to deliver it yesterday!!! why would they try that if that was a holiday day!!! anyhoo, they said they tried then they left a notice! so i wonder if nvc will make the redelivery request!!

    Guys,

    I have sent my docs to NVC on Friday OCt 8th. it said on the tracking status, that the post officer couldnt deliver yesterday (duh!!! it was a holiday not a business day!!)

    which i wonder why the heck did they do that, n they said they left a note for NVC to have the pack redelivered!

    will NVC have it redelivered? or should I worry? did anythin like this happened to anyone?

    i'd appreciate your answers!

    Ladynthetramp you got a SIF because you requested an expedite. The request to expedite has been sent to the USEM but has not been approved by them yet. NVC does not allow any payments on the payment portal when an expedite is pending thats why you got SIF.

    Your expedite will be approved or denied by the USEM in the beneficiaries country.

    I am positive of this as I am in the same boat and confirmed the process with NVC on Friday.

    alright, i see i see! honestly i saw your timeline a day ago i think n i was wonderin how u got a SIF so fast! so good thing i did with sendin the docs to NVC! that way if the expedite gets refused i wouldnt have waisted anytime! I wonder when they would approve!

    If you have requested expedition and you don't know if it was granted AND you got a SIF - you should definitely call NVC and talk to a HumanTM ASAP!!! Tell them that a package of dox is on the way and ask them what is the procedure from now if you really got expedited!!!

    thank you! isnt it weird to receive a SIF before sendin the docs? bad thing is that I cant talk to a human since they are only available from Monday to Friday! so I gotta wait! you got an expedite too right? u still sent the docs anyway, right?

    For Tom, yes Im sure the numbers are correct and I have already paid the fees and printed the cover sheets and sent the docs to the address on the cover sheet!

    I wonder whats goin on! dang! the weekends!!!! I sent an email though! God knows whats going on! Im getting anxious!

    umm..guys can you help me out? well I paid AOS and IV bills and Im still waiting on some papers to send the AOS and I just sent my IV application yesterday..

    I tried to log in to where I paid online and it says Sign In Failed? what does this mean? I also tried to request an expedite, they told me it was under review but they didnt conform it?? weird! can you tell me what's goin on? is it possible for me to Get Sign In Failed and my papers havent gotten received by NVC yet? are they waiting to receive the documents and send'em straight to the US Embassy? I'm so confused! FOR THOSE WHO ARE FAMILIAR WITH THIS I NEED YOUR GUIDANCE!

    Hey guys! As I have paid my AOS, I got these documents ready:

    -I-864 signed and dated by me

    -I-864A signed and dated by joint sponsor

    -copies of Tax returns + tax transcripts for 2007-2008-2009 of mine

    -copies of tax returns of the joint sponsor

    -letter of employment of the joint sponsor

    -declaration of self-employment of mine

    am I missing something? yes paystubs!!! what do you guys think? and for those who sent the package and got their case completed, did anyone not include paystubs and not received an RFE? please enlighten me guys, Im worried abit about this..
