Thanks everybody for responding, I'm not rushing I'm 38 years old and I just wanna have a baby . I don't know how to explain it but if I wait I need to wait two years 1 year for my wife to be eligible for insurance. Plus one year for the insurance to cover maternity, I'll be then 40 . ????

I' m thinkig about taking my wife back home and deliver the baby, this situation is very stressful . No insurance wanna cover, and i' don't mind paying high premium . One insurance that cover maternity for individual plan , that's not fair

Labor and delivery alone costs about $20,000. This isn't counting prenatal care, or the possibility of complications. My daughter had to be in NICU for 5 days at a cost of $8,000 per day. You can talk to the hospital about payment plans, but you can expect to be paying equal to a car payment per month for several years- and having a baby is expensive too.

Be responsible. If you can't afford to pay, then wait. The stress of worrying about bills isn't good for a pregnant mother.

Thanks for the info, do you have any idea about emergency Medicaid? I was checking online , and I found out that they help any pregnant woman without health insurance.

Keep in mind you may have to wait an additional 12 months- many maternity covers you have to pay for 12 months before you can get pregnant and be covered.

I wanna have a baby and I can't wait two years, can the hospital do payment or like prepayment before the delivery , or any other way , I'm making 32k a year. Can I get any help without getting any trouble (i864). Thanks for your help

Hi everybody, my wife did make to the state last march, and we thinking about having kids, but when we try to get health insurance with maternity in Virginia,there only one company that cover maternity for individual plan is blue cross and blur shield , so when we submit the application , they the the applicant need to be in the state for 12 month to be covered, and it's very expensive to get pregnant without insurance ,please any suggestion thanks

no they are valid for one year. idid send e mail to the consulate and that's what they told me. because i submit mine to the nvc, and their issue date is 07/12/2010.and i hade no problem with the nvc.

this about police & court certificate; i sent both of them to nvc but now i will need its on the us consulate the problem is both expire the end of this month & my interview is on february may i get new ones or just bring a certified copies of those i sent to nvc

Normaly they both good for one year, but when you go to the interview they find out they expired , then you 'll be asked to bring new one. My opinion is to make new one and take them with you just in case. If they ask you'll have'm ready. When you receive your appointement letter what kind of documents they ask you to bring to the interview? Can you please fill up your timeline please .

Can any body tell me what documents do I need to take to cr1 interview (morocco) beside the interview letter and medical? And how much the fee for it? Thanks

The code name of the Green Card is I-551. It can be an actual card or a stamp; both have the same effect. They certify that the holder is a lawful permanent resident of the United States and allow her to live and work in the US, and travel freely and return within the expiration date of the I-551. Since your friend's wife's "family thing" won't take longer than a year, having the stamp in the passport is as good as having the actual Green Card in hand.

I got SIF in my case dated Dec. 13, 2010 then CASE COMPLETE dated December 14, 2010 according to AVR, then I confirmed also from NVC Operator..and said our CASE COMPLETE dated December 14, 2010... But my question is... why I got emailed from NVC..

i think you 're fine. sometimes the nvc email system is behind. so they send email after you already fix everything. 99% you're good to go. don't panic. good luck

I believe the documents they ask for are of the beneficiary. You should have submitted that during your 130. Now all the info is about your beneficiary spouse, i.e birth certificate, police report, etc, if your spouse has been divorced then yes the spouse would have to submit it.

the DS 230, is an immigration visa application that you technically your spouse (beneficiary) is submitting and attaching supporting document.

That is my understanding, wait and see what other have to say.

Thanks everybody for their response. Yes my wife sent it from her email address. Then when she sent a request to nvcresearch. She did receive an auto response .

I need help please. i tried to email my ds3032 since last week but in vain. itried many times when i talk to them they said i need to use another email address ,so i did then they said i need to use different computer . it still the same thing no auto response at all. any body get the same issue thanks. no they said i need to mail using the post office, my wife she is in morocco it's gonna take for ever to the nvc thanks

Email address capital or small letters - both are same.

NVC email system is bit clogged. It takes a week now-a-days.

If you email it to the NVCInquiry address, you'll generally get a generic response saying they received your email. You generally won't get confirmation until it's been entered, which for me was a couple of weeks later. Keep an eye on the payment portal, and as soon as the AOS is available, pay away!

It does say that it is not necessary to translate if it's in the native language however, this is Morocco. I would definitely get it translated because you know if you don't they're going to request it.

I remember that Casa put out a list of certified translators by city. I would recommend that you e-mail them for that list.

Your W2(s) ought to tell you what you earned for that year. Or just look on your copy of the form 1040 for that year.

I'm going with i-864ez it's much easier than regular i-864, so my question is ?

2007 tax my filing status in the transcript said married filing joint.( me and my ex wife) and it said the total we made both of us. so do need to put this total or do i need to call IRS to find out how much i made by myself? thanks
