Yes the same here, it was 19 days by express mail and it was delivered to the wrong address on the first delivery, The address they delivered to wasn't even close to the actual address on the label. It wasn't till she complained that they got it to her

My Interview date is set for March 29th 2011 now I've got so much to do to get all of the documents together to her for the Interview plus get the medical and police certificates all done in less than a month but I am up for the task

Got the case number but have not gotten word that they have received the packet at the embassy

Well I have gone ahead and booked my trip I leave on April 11th return on May 1st I think the interview will be scheduled sometime within that date range but anyway I have lots to do I am hand carrying documents she will need for the Interview

Well Good news I-129F petition was approved, and its on its way to Brazil, left NVC yesterday. so In approximately 3 months we should have our interview

Won't know until next week when the consulate Receives the packet From DHL as to when the interview will be. This affects the timing of my trip to Brazil as I would like to go with her to the Consulate

they suggest I call the consulate next week to see if it has arrived.

You are well within the time frame and RFE probably omitted something on a form but it means one thing they are processing you petition and if its a minor problem you may have your NOA2 soon

Hey I see that our time lines are almost Identical mu NOA1 was July 29th 2010 and as yet not heard from USCIS on the NOA2

Hi sorry about the delay, but been so busy lately. Notice that our time lines are almost the same day on the NOA1 ...still waiting its been 134 days and on the 29th will have been waiting 5 months, My fiancee says she will wait for as long as it takes but it has been hard on her, she misses me terribly..and quite frankly I Miss her also, Another trip to Brazil in the planning stage...lol
