Hello everyone!
I just came back from my interview and guess what!?
I got approved for a 2 year conditional green card!!!! So happy. I would've rather the permanent one but hey this is better than nothing at all!!
-
Still awaiting update on i485. I received combo card in the mail but no update on interview.
-
Congrats to those who have received their cards..
I filed on October 13 (AOS & EAD) and had biometrics done on November 19. Now I am still waiting for EAD.
Our timelines are very close. We filled on 10/15, priority date 10/19, Did Biometrics 11/18.
Just got notification last Friday that EAD and AP was approved. Yesterday I got notification it was mailed out to me. You should hear something soon.

I'm sorry I'm lost! What do you mean social?
Social security card. You can apply for it once you receive the EAD card.

I did my fingerprint on Dec 10th (San Diego) and until today, no updates!!
I hope the new year brings good news soon!
It took two months for me to hear from them. Waiting can be frustrating but be patient it will come through.

Got two emails this morning from immigration. My husbands travel document has been approved. Yeah! What I founf bizarre is they also sent an approval notice for my EAD but notified me last week it was being produced. Anyhow........I'm thrilled and I anxiously await a notice for interview date soon.

About how long after EAD approval to interview.

Got an update this morning that 131 have been approved and EAD card is being mailed to me. One problem though I didn't get any update for my husbands 131. At least thats progress so I'm hopeful.

I keep checking online for updates and I feel so anxious because everyone keeps saying I should have heard something by now. I called customer service and I was told if by jan 19 I've not heard from them I need to let them know. Also it takes three months from AOS filing to get a response and can take up to six months this for interview date.

Congrats that great news. Are you filing from South Florida?
My appointment is scheduled for January 27th!!!
This day will be here before I know it!!!
Good luck to everyone else!!

Documents are at Lee Summit. It's that where yours are? I'm also in Fort Lauderdale as well not sure if that shows things down. I've heard some areas get responses faster than others.
We did ours on 11/25...no notice or RFE either...
Worst is that our online status has not changed at all since day 1, still saying "finger print fee received"...

Nothing yet and we did biometrics on November 18. Biting my nails at this point.

Just got a notice that the interview has been scheduled for Jan 19th 2016! She had her biometrics done on Nov 24th. We never had an update that the interview was ready to be scheduled. It went from fingerprint fee accepted directly to interview scheduled.
Congrats! I'm still waiting. My husband and I did biometrics on November 18. No update yet. Patiently waiting and hopeful to hear something soon.
My EAD/AP has been approved this morning! Yay![/quote
That's good news. Congrats f

Then in february of 2006 I received another letter from the National visa Center saying that "unfortunally visa numbers are not availeble for you at this present time due to that there are more applicants then visas blablablabla....and it goes to say that you will be notified when further consideration can be given blablablabla...
On this letter that I got it says case# RDJ..........etc....
Also it sats category F3 Married sons&daughter of US Citizens
Priority date of 28 Nov 2005
Foreign State: brazil
How long will this take? It's been 3 years already.
How can I find out?
Please help me out.
Thank you!
Rodrigo.

What's the next step after I485 approval? I was approved and my husband is pending approval as they needed an original signature on the affidavit in his file. I dropped off the signed document and I anxiously await an update on his case. So I cant fully be happy till he gets his approval.
