I paid AOS fee two week ago, and still waiting for the OPTIN acceptence email and IV fee invoice. Should I go ahead sending the I-864 package, or wait after I got the new GZO case number? Thanks.

For Electronic Processing, does NVC send out email to both email addresses? beneficiary and petitioner? Even on DS-3032, we choose the petitioner as the agent. Thanks.

I attached DS-3032 to my Electronic Processing OPTIN Email, sent to NVCElectronic@state.gov. What's the normal email address you sent the DS-3032?

I'm try to follow the Electronic Processing guide on VJ. So far I've done the followings:

1. Called NVC, got case number, and updated both email addresss.

2. Sent OPTIN email with DS-3032. Auto-repl email received

3. AOS invoice received, paid online, status is 'PAID' now.

But I have been waiting to pay the IV fee, the invoice still hasn't been generated. I called NVC, they said they're waiting for the DS-3032. It has been 10 days since I sent the DS-3032 with the OPTIN email. Is this normal? I saw a lot of people in this Forums, didn't wait long to get the IV invoice generated.

Should I sent another DS-3032 to NVC (not to the OPTIN email), so they can generated the IV invoice?

I called NVC yesterday, got my case number (GUZxxxxxxxxx). But I haven't received any email from NVC yet. At this point, should I send out the OPTIN email with the DS3032 right now, or I have to wait the email from NVC (the DS3032 kit)?

I think both the tax returns and the tax transcripts, they only show the combined incoming. I believe the key is to attached my individual W2s for the past three years with the tax returns. Do you agree?

Hi, All:

I just got my I-130 approved. Now I'm going to prepare documents for NVC processing. For I-864, it requires tax returns for the past three years. But all my tax returns were joint ones with my ex-wife, including last year, will this be a problem?

I do have my own current pay stubs, W2s, employment letter, assets etc., and the proverty minimum is not a problem.
