Hi there, Now we are in the situation where you have already been; petition is expired and in the process of being sent back. what would you suggest us to do; wait for NOIR or just file a new petition with the lof of new proofs.
Can we apply for CR1 before getting NOID/NOIR? will lawyer be a help in this situation?
